I have been a client here since 1999. The staff has been extraordinary in their care of my pets. The doctors take the time to explain all options regarding treatment of my cats, dogs, and horses.
I have had to call after hours for emergencies and Dr Chuck or Shawn have always returned my call right away, and have met me at the office with emergencies no matter what the hour.
Wonderful experience! Dr. Shawn did beyond an amazing job performing surgery on my kitten Oliver, couldn't be more impressed and grateful. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!

The techs and front office staff are friendly, and very accommodating as to scheduling visits and treatment options.
Just an awful place. Upon our visit, I got very strange chilling vibes from both doctors, and the staff was extremely rude. Everyone seemed heartlessly cold, and the place itself is very unprofessional and unpleasant to be in. Nobody seemed like they genuinely wanted to be there for the animals, and acted like it was a disruption to their day. Avoid this establishment at all costs, it'll truly be the best decision for your pet in the long run and you won't regret it.
